• Minimum Order Value. WRAPCO is a wholesale website and has a NZ$100.00 minimum order value. If your order is under this amount the order will be rejected.
• Security Time Out. For security reasons you have a limited time to complete your order. Have your credit card ready, and complete your order at the check out as soon as possible. Do not press the back button. If you do not see the window thanking you for your order and do not receive a confirmation email of your order, then it has failed.
• Correct Credit Card Details. If you enter the wrong card number or wrong expiry date, your order will be rejected.
• Payment. All orders must be paid with credit card at the checkout, unless WRAPCO has authorised the account to be operated with a purchase order. Orders without credit card payment at the checkout will be rejected.
• Internet Browser software updates can cause problems with compatibility with our website. Please let us know if you are experiencing difficulties after a recent update, and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Customers using Internet Explorer
If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or 7 you may have problems due to the Security Settings on your computer. To better understand the issue you may want to visit this site provided by the USA Department of Homeland Security. To fix this problem please do the following steps.
1. Click on "Tools" in the menu bar.
2. Navigate to "Internet Options", click on it, this will open into a pop up window.
3. In "Internet Options" click on the "Security Tab" at the top of the pop up window.
4. Highlight by clicking on "Internet" (World Globe image)
5. Check that "Security level for this zone" is set to "Medium-high"
6. If not adjust / reset to "Medium-high". You may need to "Reset all zones to default level" first before you can adjust the zone setting.
7. "Apply" settings by clicking the Apply button and then click the OK button.
8. If you needed to reset the security settings in Internet Explorer it is best to exit out of the application and restart the computer so that the settings set correctly. Once you have restarted check Internet Explorer security settings again to see if the new adjustment has worked. If it hasn't worked you will need to speak with an expert to assist you.
